Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational family-owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator and car wash operator in New England. Our wholesale and retail fuel businesses are multi-branded, which includes Shell, Mobil, Irving, Sunoco, Gulf, Valero, Citgo, Phillips 66, Exxon, and multiple unbranded brands. Our wholesale operations supply branded and unbranded fuel to 300+ locations across New England and New York. We are ranked within the top 50 largest convenience store chains in the country, operating 150+ company-operated locations throughout New England and ranked within the top 10 largest car wash chains in the country

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Spearhead all aspects of building/fueling branding.
  • Develop and maintain and optimize comprehensive tracking spread sheet to keep projects on track
  • Evaluate each project and come up with a scope of work
  • Manage and maintain plan sets and track approvals.
  • Order and source all material and equipment for branding jobs.
  • Procure bids for any outside vendor work
  • Track and evaluate bids for any work done by outside providers.
  • Negotiate equipment, material, labor for best possible pricing
  • Constant follow up on all orders and track ship dates.
  • Maintain cost tracking sheet for each project to ensure project stays on budget.
  • Put schedule together for every project.
  • Communicate project to all stake holders.
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
  • Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing proposals, memo, meeting minutes and emails
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

 • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.  

• Solid organization and planning skills.  

• Ability to work 40+ hours a week occasional weekends and after hour emergencies.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• In office 5 days a week with occasional travel to sites.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma required.
  • 5+ years Retail Experience
