ABOUT YOU
In this role you will ensure that inbound customer enquiries (via phone and email) are answered promptly and effectively. You will also support the C&P marketing team on branding requirements for social media, webpages and other event marketing campaigns.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a central enquires & brand assistant, you will provide support to each of the business lines for directing inbound enquiries to the correct facility. Also, you will ensure that all enquiries are entered and maintained correctly in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, assisting with communications between clients and Intertek business lines
Key activities:
Providing an initial point of contact for new telephone and e-mail enquiries
