Your Role

Your Role as a Business Operations Intern – Employer Branding exposes you to all the Business and Operational aspects of a deep-tech startup. This is a broad role that drives Business Growth through pre-project engagement and research, project execution and post-project support.

You will work directly in touch with the Business and Operations Teams, reporting to the Marketing and Brand Manager.  In this role, you will also work with the management team. 

Job Scope

  • Assist the Business Team to ensure smooth revenue generation, through pre- and post-project support to our customers.
  • Support and lead project execution and operational excellence initiatives, including internal resource allocation and external vendor management, from ideation to rollout.
  • Lead key activities focused on company branding to prospective hires, e.g. career fairs, showcases, talks
  • Build and maintain relationships with our key stakeholders e.g. IHLs, clientele, government support/grant agencies by assisting with outreach and communication efforts.
  • Assist with developing and implementing inbound marketing strategies and content (i.e. case studies, technical, graphics, videos) to generate leads and drive brand awareness on company website and LinkedIn page.
  • Assist with other marketing activities as needed.

Good to have:

  • Experience managing or creating content for social media pages (club, CCA, or organisation).
  • Basic skills in design or layout tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe tools) and/or simple video editing.
  • Prior involvement in student clubs, events, or leadership roles (e.g., marketing, HR, events, publicity).
  • Interest or background in engineering/technology, so you can better understand our projects, roles, and talent audience.
  • Familiarity with employer review or career platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, job portals, campus platforms).

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business - Operations, or related field
