We are seeking a dynamic Branding Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that enhance market presence, strengthen customer trust, and drive demand in the highly competitive cement industry. The role focuses on both B2B (dealers, contractors, builders) and B2C (end consumers) branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement long-term brand strategy aligned with business goals
Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition
Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels
2. Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns
Manage advertising (TV, print, outdoor, radio, digital platforms)
Track campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI
3. Dealer & Trade Marketing
Design branding initiatives for dealers and distributors
Develop POSM (Point of Sale Materials) like signage, boards, shop branding
Organize dealer meets, contractor engagement programs
4. Digital & Content Marketing
Oversee social media, website, and digital campaigns
Create content strategies (videos, testimonials, case studies)
Manage online reputation and brand perception
5. Market Research & Insights
Conduct competitor analysis and market trend tracking
Gather customer insights (contractors, builders, engineers)
Use data to refine brand strategy
6. Corporate Communication
Manage PR activities, press releases, and brand partnerships
Ensure alignment with corporate messaging
Support CSR branding initiatives
7. Budget & Vendor Management
Manage branding and advertising budgets
Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and vendors
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely execution
Key Requirements Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
MBA (Marketing) preferred
Experience
2–5 years in branding/marketing (preferably in cement, construction, or building materials industry)
