Proficient knowledge in interior architecture including but not limited to building codes, site analysis, preliminary design studies, contract documents, field measurements, life safety requirements, specifications, construction contract administration, design conceptualization, hand sketching, furniture specifications, including research, selection, and budget analysis
Environmental graphic design expertise including but not limited to research capabilities, brand strategy, storytelling, copy writing, art direction, identity design, graphic design conceptualization, PSD/AI scripts and actions, vendor selection, micro site design, prepare, recap, and analyze visioning sessions
Production artistry including material research, dimensioning/detailing, specifications, sampling, production art files, RFI responses, construction coordination, assistance with preparation of production files
