The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Brand Strategy Specialist, Business & Enterprise, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Supports the application of brand strategy within key businesses, including brand architecture, positioning, naming, value propositions, and go-to-market messaging across products, portfolios, and priority initiatives
  • Serves as a brand partner for digital and software experiences, ensuring alignment between brand standards and product UX and supporting application within digital environments
  • Supports M&A and divestiture activities, partnering with brand leadership to execute integration tactics, activations, and brand transition activities
  • Provides ongoing brand consultation and guidance to marketing and cross-functional teams to drive consistent and effective application of brand across initiatives
  • Supports integrated marketing initiatives and partnerships, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are aligned, executed on time, and risks or gaps are proactively identified and addressed
  • Identifies opportunities to improve workflows and ways of working, including leveraging AI and emerging technologies to increase efficiency and scalability

Your Skills and Expertise 


To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, communications, or creative agency.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND 11 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, communications, or creative agency.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply brand strategy across business priorities, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and navigate competing priorities
  • Project & Campaign Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed on time and with quality
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify gaps, flag risks, and recommend practical solutions
  • Digital & UX Acumen: Familiarity with digital product environments, UX principles, or design systems, and ability to apply brand within digital experiences
  • Workflow Optimization & AI: Interest in improving ways of working, including leveraging AI and emerging tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Adaptability: Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities

  • Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
