Position Overview:
The Brand Marketing Specialist (Apparel & eCommerce) is responsible for supporting the creation, implementation, and management of internal and customer-facing apparel programs to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty. This role oversees the lifecycle of the employee apparel program and limited edition apparel drops, while driving innovation for the Dutch Bros eCommerce platform to meet sales and conversion goals. By sourcing high-quality merchandise for partnerships and supporting social activations, this role is pivotal in ensuring our physical brand identity resonates authentically with both our internal crews and customers.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Apparel Merchandising, or eCommerce Management, preferably within a lifestyle or high-growth consumer brand.
Strong ability to manage high-volume programs, from initial concept through fulfillment. Proven ability to manage competing timelines, deliverables and details.
Competence in posting and monitoring social content, with an understanding of how to leverage digital platforms to create hype around product drops
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of eCommerce programs
Location Requirement:
This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Apparel Program Lifecycle Management
Manage the lifecycle of the employee uniform program (bi-monthly sends and Intro Packs), from initial concept through fulfillment.
Drive the concepting and sourcing for “Limited Edition” apparel drops, managing timelines and vendor relationships to ensure seamless launches that generate internal excitement and brand pride.
Partner with Employee Engagement and Field Ops teams to continually evaluate and innovate the internal uniform program, balancing functional needs with trend-forward designs to ensure our apparel stays relevant and reflects the high-energy culture of the Dutch Mafia.
Act as the primary apparel lead for brand partnerships and marketing activations. Ensure seamless execution by sourcing co-branded gear as needed.
Support social media efforts through content creation and posting to amplify brand reach and create hype around apparel and eCommerce drops
eCommerce Growth & Digital Innovation
Lead the strategy and execution of customer-facing eCommerce merchandise initiatives, including sourcing trend-forward apparel and lifestyle merchandise
Make recommendations for position pricing to maximize value and competitiveness
Ensure that design elements align with the branding strategy and resonate with the target audience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate eCommerce campaign activities, including contributing to creative development, advertising, and promotional efforts.
Make recommendations to optimize pricing, design, and marketing assets for consistency with sales goals
Manage the eCommerce pipeline, ensuring product descriptions, photos, and stock levels are ready for launch
Support market and performance analysis, and trends assessment:
Monitor and report on the performance of eCommerce and apparel campaigns, measuring sales revenue and other key performance indicators
Analyze campaign data to support the identification of areas for improvement and optimization
Partner with the Sr. Brand Manager to make data-driven recommendations to enhance future campaign strategies and tactics
Conduct analysis of market trends related to apparel and eCommerce campaigns
Monitor competitor activities and consumer habits to support the identification of opportunities for innovation
Gather and assess data on consumer preferences and emerging design trends

Physical Requirements:
In-Office Environment: Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings
Office Conditions: Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels
Mobility: Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
Hearing Requirements: Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.
Reading and Writing Proficiency: Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.
Vision Requirements: Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.
Technology Proficiency: Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software.
Effective Communication: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools.
Compensation:
$65,700 - DOE
