We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Manager of Brand Marketing, Music to lead marketing strategy and execution for Hot Topic’s music category. This role is responsible for developing breakthrough campaigns and artist-focused initiatives that reinforce Hot Topic as the ultimate destination for music, fashion, and pop culture.
Reporting into Brand Marketing leadership, you will spearhead integrated product marketing strategies across multiple artist and music-related projects, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external music industry partners. You will help build and launch innovative go-to-market plans that drive impressions, engagement, traffic, and sales—both in-store and digitally.
A successful candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Pay range
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
