Job Overview

The Brand Marketer (Junior) will be responsible for shaping and amplifying TeachEdison's brand presence across digital and offline channels. This full-time position is based in Coimbatore and targets candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. As a Brand Marketer, you'll join a collaborative team environment within an agile and fast-growing EdTech company.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Brand Strategy (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to develop, articulate and execute successful brand strategies that align with company goals and elevate brand identity.
  • Social Media Management (Mandatory skill): Hands-on experience managing and growing brand presence across multiple social media platforms for audience engagement.
  • Digital Marketing (Mandatory skill): In-depth expertise in digital marketing campaigns, including paid, earned, and owned digital channels.
  • Market Research: Strong skills in conducting market research to gather insights about industry trends, competitors, and target demographics for data-driven branding decisions.
  • Public Relations: Ability to craft compelling press releases, develop media contacts, and manage communications to build a positive public image.
  • Content Creation: Experience in ideating and producing creative campaign content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia assets.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and making informed improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and optimize brand marketing strategies to grow TeachEdison's visibility and enhance consumer perception.
  • Manage and curate engaging content for social media channels, fostering active interaction with the brand community.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social ads, and online promotions to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor research, gathering actionable insights to inform branding and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts, including preparing press releases, creating media kits, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key branding metrics, campaign outcomes, and adjust tactics based on data and feedback.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and trends that support the expansion and growth of TeachEdison's brand presence.
