The Global Brand Manager is responsible for developing and shaping the concept and strategy of global brand events. This includes defining the creative identity, communication angle, participation format, innovation aspect, user journey, and digital platform integration for projects such as Red Bull Basement and Red Bull Can You Make It?. The role ensures a strong, clearly defined concept and direction from foundation to launch, aligned with all internal stakeholders.

Job Description

STRATEGIC DIRECTION

You’ll define the concept strategy and structure by building a clear timeline, roadmap, and KPIs for each stakeholder, while also developing the project launch campaign and event mechanics. You’ll build frameworks that ensure event execution aligns with Red Bull’s overarching brand purpose and lead the development of branding and visual identity across all platforms. Additionally, you’ll support the communication plan with the Media Network team and collaborate with digital and legal teams to ensure all tools are both compliant and innovative.

EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE

You’ll develop and maintain guidelines, templates, and assets as the main source of truth, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver all required materials. You’ll ensure the correct integration of tools and user journeys—such as application tools and T&Cs—while monitoring market questions, feedback, and readiness through structured support processes. You’ll support the creative and strategic enhancement of documentation and content, deliver sustainable solutions in collaboration with global teams while tracking related metrics, and recap key learnings and best practices to continuously elevate the work.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, project management, or strategy, with strong knowledge of brand systems, scalable campaign execution, visual storytelling, and market rollout processes/toolkits

Fluent in English

Cross-functional and global collaborator with excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to manage agencies and external creative partners

Strategic yet hands-on mindset, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with passion for events, culture, and the Red Bull brand ecosystem

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.139 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
