The Global Brands group has an opening for a Brand Manager which will be responsible for helping to shape and execute the brand strategy for our consumer travel products and enhance the vacation ownership experience for our club brands.

The Brand Manager will participate in the development and maintenance of the brand vision and strategy. This enthusiastic, collaborative, creative thinker will lead the day-to-day execution of brand marketing plans and the tactics necessary to deliver against agreed upon goals. They should have superior communication and organization skills and can effectively handle a multitude of priority tasks in a fast-paced environment. They will act as point of contact with various internal business partners as well as external agencies to facilitate creative needs, provide feedback, and ensure deliverables meet assigned deadlines.

Previous experience developing and maintaining recognized brands is a must. Experience working at or with agencies across multiple types of media is required.

How You'll Shine:

Establish and Execute on Brand Management Strategy

  • Assists in defining and overseeing the maintenance of the brands for customers and associates including USP/value proposition, customer experience, tone of voice, brand promise and consistency across all channels.
  • Developing Integrated Communication Plans in partnership with Digital Marketing, Creative, Content and external Agency teams designed to best achieve partner business objectives.
  • Produces strategic creative briefs that logically tie to impactful customer insights leading to best-in-class creative work.
  • Responsible for overall development of creative and collateral materials to support business objectives and ensure adherence to the brand guidelines.
  • Manages external agency/vendor timelines and budgets.
  • Ensures appropriate and timely information is distributed to all relevant parties regarding project status.
  • Collaborates by seeking and leveraging partner input resulting in creative execution that delivers on project goals.
  • Champions internal brand integration through effective communication, excellence in project management and elevation of the importance of brand integrity.

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Work with Division and Department leaders to socialize/operationalize brand strategies throughout the organization’s key functions to align with business objectives, product-marketing strategies, risk management issues, and the creation of brand ambassadors throughout the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal business partners and senior management.
  • Ability to influence culture. A strong mentor and collaborator across disciplines.

Communication, Planning and Management of Multi-Discipline Initiatives

  • Assists in development of annual marketing program budgets and maintains tracking and reporting of key budget operational processes and reports throughout the year.
  • Assists in developing and maintaining scorecard processes and reports throughout the year.
  • Report insights about trends that impact brand-positioning performance: industry, market, competitor, and customer.
  • Ability to present work and pitch recommendations to senior leadership on performance, process, and innovative ideas.

Travel Requirements

  • Limited travel required. Approximately 15% of time.

What You'll Bring:

  • BA in Communications, Marketing or related field. 
  • Understanding of branding practices and structure.
  • Ability to articulate clear and concise creative direction and feedback.
  • Adept project management abilities.
  • Can confidently and gracefully prioritize multiple projects under time constraints and within an assigned budget.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Passionate attitude with willingness and enthusiasm to own your own growth.
  • Comfortable engaging and influencing strong personalities at all levels of the organization.
  • Understands and embraces servant leadership.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Project Management Software
  • 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
  • Prior experience within travel & hospitality a plus.
  • Experience presenting to all levels throughout an organization.
  • Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences.
  • Understanding of related creative tracks: user experience, copywriting, and content strategy.
  • Proven client-facing role experience working with teams on large scale, long-term projects.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
