Description

This intern will support our marketing team in evaluating competitors, identifying market opportunities, and refining our brand strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating a specific market opportunities which could include assessing positioning, messaging, claims, pricing, and product differentiation.
  • Providing recommendations based on competitive research to enhance Tauck’s selling materials and brand messaging.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to translate research insights into actionable strategies.
  • Assisting in other brand management tasks as needed to support the overall marketing strategy.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A passion for marketing & branding.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to share findings effectively.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify key patterns and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A proactive and curious attitude, with a willingness to dive into industry trends.

PREFERRED SKILLS & INTERESTS:

  • Interest in the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Quick learner and self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent follow-through on tasks / assignments.
