Applift is looking for an experienced Brand and Marketing Designer to join a multidisciplinary team of designers, product managers, product analysts, content managers, and developers.
The team operates on a squad-based methodology: every six months, each squad is assigned a clear goal, a specific metric with a target value, that they're expected to achieve. The squad collectively brainstorms and builds the roadmap they believe will get them there on time, with every member bringing their own ideas, expertise, and experience to the process. From there, the squad owns their time and progress, supported by senior managers who are always available to guide and advise.
At Applift, we believe there's no point in hiring smart, talented people and telling them what to do - we hire smart, talented people so they can tell us what to do. We invest heavily in every employee's personal and professional growth, because we know that when people become the best version of themselves, we all win.
Applift is a fast-growing tech company helping thousands of mobile applications manage and improve their marketing performance every day. Through a unique combination of proprietary cutting-edge technology and organic marketing methods, Applift has become the world's most advanced app marketing solution, delivering extraordinary results across app installs, in-app purchases, retention rates, and LTV.
