About the Role

We’re looking for a talented designer to lead high-impact design projects and elevate Cyera’s visual storytelling. You’ll shape our visual language, collaborate across teams, and ensure brand consistency across campaigns, events, and digital platforms. What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end brand design projects, from concept through execution, across digital and print formats.
• Develop and evolve Cyera’s visual identity, including typography, color systems, iconography, imagery, and illustration styles.
• Collaborate with teams across HR, product marketing, and UX to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all communications.
• Create visually compelling assets for campaigns, events, product launches, and company-wide initiatives.
• Establish and enforce brand standards across all touchpoints, maintaining quality and coherence in all visual outputs.
• Inspire and mentor fellow designers by setting a high creative bar and providing strategic input and design feedback.
• Translate brand strategy into captivating design experiences that reflect Cyera’s mission, voice, and values.

Who You Are

Must-Haves

• You have 2+ years of professional experience in branding or visual communication, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design across multiple mediums.
• You’re highly proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• You excel in visual storytelling and image creation across digital, traditional, and motion formats.
• You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and are confident taking projects from ideation to execution.
• You have strong communication skills and can clearly explain your design thinking to stakeholders at all levels.
• You’re organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects with varying timelines.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or equivalent.

Nice-to-Haves

• You bring experience in motion graphics or animation, adding dynamic storytelling to brand materials.
• You’re comfortable collaborating with external vendors or agencies.
• You have an eye for employer branding and internal communications design.
• You’re always up to date on design trends and eager to explore new creative tools and techniques.
