Job Description

As a Brand Design Specialist in Our LEGO® Agency (OLA), you'll balance hands-on execution with project leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration with partners and teams and become a creative driver, pushing the boundaries of design while aligning with business goals. Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home & 3 days in-office. Relocation support is not provided for this role.  
 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Drive innovative design systems at brand or franchise level across all forms of media. 
  • Excellent at thinking creatively to bring franchises to life. 
  • Actively lead in presenting concepts and design work to key partners and external partners. 
  • Collaborate across OLA and coordinate with external partners to ensure delivery for design and campaign achievements. 
  • Carry idea concepts from vision to system execution. 
  • Ensures visual excellence with consistency, using clear and productive feedback to partners. 
  • Inspire the team to believe with compelling visual direction and trusted relationships. 
  • Confidently direct others throughout the design system, including look and feel. 
  • Ability to notice and address detail corrections that improve the quality of work.  
  • Lead design teams across several projects to deliver great work, calling out or addressing resourcing and process challenges on the go.

The LEGO Brand Design team is a creative powerhouse within OLA. We are dedicated to developing visually stunning, world-class brand identities and visuals for campaigns for markets, while also protecting and governing the LEGO brand, adhering to LEGO DNA guidelines. 

 
As a Brand Design Specialist, you will concept and deliver visual identities with autonomy and trust contributing toward the development of the global brand identity, driving consistency across all platforms and channels worldwide.  
 

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, visualization) and Figma 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint) 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Fluency in English
