What You'll Be Doing: The Fun Stuff
As our Brand Coordinator, you'll be vital in making sure our brand story is heard and that we're smashing our business targets.
Getting the Word Out & Making Campaigns Happen
  • You’ll be in charge of developing and running communication strategies across the whole organization.
  • You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand Creative to spot new ways to talk to our Customers strategically.
  • Dream up and launch innovative communication plans that make the Customer experience awesome and boost sales.
  • Lead the charge on internal branding communication plans.
  • Team up with Ecommerce to craft killer digital campaigns: think email blasts, CRM initiatives, and cool digital marketing.
  • Keep the Bridgehead legacy strong by engaging our communities through local events (offline), CSR efforts, and online fun.
  • Help out with creative development (in-house or with external agencies) by offering smart, business-focused advice.
  • Collaborate with our coffee and product teams to ensure new launches are exciting and communicated brilliantly everywhere.
  • Partner with Operations, People & Culture, and other teams to get marketing messages out and make sure our brand strategy shines in our Coffee Houses.
Building Relationships & Strategy
  • Work with the Brand team to set up systems for getting and responding to customer feedback.
  • Forge strong partnerships with vendors and industry folks to secure the best, most cost-effective tools for us.
  • Keep an eye on what’s new in the Coffee Industry and with Restaurant Canada—we want to stay innovative!
  • Lead our PR agency on strategy and handle the annual performance reviews.
  • Make sure our senior leaders and Operations team are media-savvy with effective PR training.
  • Manage relationships with external partners that support our Communication programs.
Handling the Pennies & Paperwork
  • Help keep tabs on the marketing budget—processing invoices and reconciling expenses.
  • Track our marketing supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Assist with pulling data for marketing reports, especially campaign KPIs and website traffic.
What You'll Need to Knock It Out of the Park
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or something similar.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a marketing coordination or administrative role. Bonus points if you’ve worked in CPG/Food & Beverage!
  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong planning, budgeting, and operational skills—you know how to get things done right.
  • Top-notch project management—you can juggle multiple deadlines like a pro.
  • Seriously excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Super organized, great at managing time, and never drops the ball on follow-up.
  • Reliable judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Can produce high-quality work, even when things are moving fast.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite and iOS apps.
The Nitty-Gritty (Working Conditions)
  • This is a Hybrid gig, mostly office-based at 130 Anderson Street.
  • Be ready for occasional evening, weekend, event, or holiday work when business calls for it.
  • You’ll be traveling regularly to our various Coffeehouse locations.
  • You’ll spend a lot of time sitting, and sometimes you might need to lift up to 20 lbs.
