Primary Responsibilities
- General Brand
- Track the firm’s brand budget, develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a holistic picture of brand spend and impact
- Build presentations and reports that go directly to executive leadership — polished, precise, and built to influence
- Support brand research and firmwide brand agency projects
- Support project management for corporate brand campaigns, working with the Digital team
- Manage corporate gifting and stationery vendor relationships
- Sponsorships
- Administer all firmwide sponsorships including contracts, deliverable tracking, budget management
- Maintain a sponsorship tracker for deadlines, activation milestones, registrations, and branding requirements.
- Conduct post-activation audits and create reports on ROI and impact.
- Staff onsite sponsorship events as needed.
- Research sponsorship opportunities; present findings to the CMO with details to support decision-making.
- Events
- Design firm events and execute end-to-end logistics for firm-hosted events that reinforce brand differentiation and support client and prospect engagement
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for advisor teams, create and own a comprehensive event-in-a-box approach.
- Source venues, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage event budgets.
- Build and maintain project plans, run-of-show documents, and post-event recaps.
- Coordinate event branding/communications (invitations, reminders, logistics) with the broader marketing team.
- Manage influencer programs associated with events and sponsorships.
- Awards & Industry Recognition
- Own the firmwide awards calendar— manage submission deadlines, and drive the process from start to finish.
- Write and edit award submissions in collaboration with advisors, HR, and firm leadership.
- Track results and route wins to PR and content teams for amplification.
- Build a reusable submission library to improve efficiency across cycles.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in brand marketing and events—financial services or professional services experience strongly preferred.
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce a strong plus
- Demonstrated project management skills — including building and maintaining project plans, managing cross-functional dependencies, and holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing vendor relationships and agencies.
- Proven ability to plan and execute corporate events of varying size and format.
- Comfort with data analysis, project management, and executive presentation
- Experience administering sponsorship programs including contract negotiation and deliverable fulfillment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills; comfort working with senior executives and advisors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services, professional services, or luxury/high-net-worth client segments.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
- Proficiency with design workflow tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) for basic asset coordination.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing channels and how they intersect with other parts of marketing
- Ability to work collaboratively, resourcefully, and with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills; comfort managing competing deadlines.
- Experience working in a growing, matrixed organization.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Compensation Range:
$90,000 - $120,000
