We are currently looking for an energetic and service-driven Brand Assistant to support our retail team and enhance our overall brand image. In this role, you will serve as a key representative of the company, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence. As a hands-on team member, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, interact directly with customers, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the store. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, professional assistance.

  • Present and recommend products in line with established brand guidelines.

  • Build strong product knowledge to confidently guide purchasing decisions.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

  • Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and courteously.

  • Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.

  • Assist with in-store promotions, campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.

  • Stay up to date on current offers, new launches, and brand updates.

  • Gather customer insights and share feedback with management to enhance performance.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet or exceed sales objectives.

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training programs.

  • Review sales data to help identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.

  • Follow company policies and consistently uphold brand standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

  • Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and processing sales.

  • Friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Track record of achieving performance goals or sales targets is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with visual merchandising principles is beneficial.

  • Experience addressing customer inquiries and resolving service concerns.

  • Well-organized with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.

  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Eagerness to stay informed about products, promotions, and industry developments.

  • Reliable transportation to assigned store locations.

  • Background in marketing, promotions, or brand representation is considered a plus.
