Core Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, professional assistance.
Present and recommend products in line with established brand guidelines.
Build strong product knowledge to confidently guide purchasing decisions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
Assist with in-store promotions, campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.
Stay up to date on current offers, new launches, and brand updates.
Gather customer insights and share feedback with management to enhance performance.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet or exceed sales objectives.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training programs.
Review sales data to help identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
Follow company policies and consistently uphold brand standards.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and processing sales.
Friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal abilities.
Track record of achieving performance goals or sales targets is an advantage.
Familiarity with visual merchandising principles is beneficial.
Experience addressing customer inquiries and resolving service concerns.
