The Role: 

As Brand & Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our Ostomy Care and Flexi-Seal portfolio in the Benelux region. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring flawless execution of marketing strategies and product initiatives. You will deliver clear, consistent messaging to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and ostomy users, fully aligned with our global branding and local market strategy.
Working closely with the Omnichannel Manager, you will create impactful campaigns that drive engagement, adoption, and growth. If you are passionate about making a difference in patient care and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the marketing manager in the development and delivery of the product marketing strategy for the Ostomy business unit and Flexi-seal
• Deliver marketing campaigns and promotional materials towards HCPs to increase brand awareness and communicate key messages, in accordance with internal approval processes, and maximise return on promotional spend, relevant to needs of various internal teams and external customers. Working closely with the the other marketing, sales and CIC colleques in the OC/flexi-seal team Benelux.
• Responsible for executing Global product launches and optimizations of portfolio:
  
  • Track launch effectiveness and secure the improvement of activities
• MEP & Forecasting for whole portfolio
• Responsibility of Reimbursement system/ NL / BL / LUX
• Management of product information and applications and cooperation with institutes
• Identifies and exploits new market opportunities
• Ensures effective relationships with
  
  • Global marketing departments and other internal functions – supply chain, legal, finance
  • Creative Agencies, Translation agency, Consultants,

About you:

• Strong marketing mindset
• Experienced in managing local market and key customer groups
• Brings knowledge of different tools, e.g. Google analytics, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), CMS systems
• Strong analytical skills, good written and verbal communication competencies, able to analyze and interpret data to support decision making and leverage 360 dialogue
• Presentation expertise to local and global management levels
• Strong project management skills to deliver on tight deadlines and manage complex interdisciplinary project teams
  
  • Understanding of technical operations, supply chain, finance and sales

• Ability to work independently and communicate
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities
• Acts with sensitivity and empathy in dialogue with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Processes strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
• Able to plan and balance several marketing related requirements
• Exercises a high degree of adaptability in dealing with complex, dynamic work environment

• Speaking: English/Dutch

• Writing/Reading:  English/Dutch

Travel Requirements

Position may involve travel up to 10-20% of the time, mostly within Europe. Most trips will include overnight travel)

Working Conditions:

Hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office
