Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provides Administrative Support to Marketing and Branding team leads and manages certain administrative functions for the department    
  • Coordinate and execute Internal Communications    
  • Research, gather and co-ordinate suitable content for the Content Plan Assist the Marketing Lead with the writing of articles and the production of video footage.     
  • Maintain and update online marketing and social media platforms, engage with communities, compile reports and make recommendations on improvements    
  • Assist with the development and management of marketing material    


Minimum Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
  • Experience in video production.
  • Experience in writing for Social Media.   
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and its Styles; PPT and Excel.
  • Proficient in Canva.
  • Proficient in managing Social Media accounts and extracting and analysing reports.  
  • Good communication, able to develop and deliver clear briefs to agencies.
  • Disciplined and structured to follow through and execute monthly administrative responsibilities.    
  • Organisational and project management skills to plan and execute events.
