Your mission

We're looking for a talented Brand & Content Specialist to be the voice and storyteller of KITRO, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all communications. In this role, you'll own content creation and distribution across all channels: website, social media, email, events, and PR. While aligning every communication with KITRO's brand values and mission in sustainability and hospitality tech. You'll work closely with the Growth & CRM Manager to leverage audience insights, craft targeted messaging that resonates with our customers, and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. This is a key creative position where your ability to tell impactful stories, manage multiple content initiatives, and collaborate across teams will directly drive KITRO's brand presence and customer engagement in the competitive sustainability space.

Your profile
Responsibilities
  • Certificates for customers: Design and deliver educational programs that help customers get the most from KITRO
  • Group sessions: Plan and host quarterly webinars and training sessions to engage and educate our audience
  • Social media management: Create and manage organic content across all platforms to build brand awareness and community
  • Newsletters and mailing: Develop and send regular email campaigns that keep customers informed and engaged
  • Quarterly newsletter: Produce comprehensive customer updates showcasing company milestones, insights, and value
  • Customer insights reporting: Analyze and share monthly reports on customer feedback, engagement, and market trends
  • Planning and support with events: Collaborate on organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and sponsorships
  • Ownership of website: Manage all website content, updates, and ensure consistent brand representation
  • Internal tasks: Coordinate team photos, email signatures, and other internal branding materials
  • Case studies and internal content: Create sales presentations and customer success materials in collaboration with our UX Designer
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Languages: Fluent in German, English, French (or Spanish) is a MUST
  • Great project management skills, great communicator, extreme attention to detail to the level of spotting double spaces 
  • Independence, proactivity, taking ownership and curiosity to improve processes and existing documentation
  • Knowledge of Framer (Website), Hubspot (CRM)
