Job Title: Manager – Asst.Manager Product / Product Manager

Reports to: MD & COO

Required Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Product Management 

  1. Product Strategy & Planning
  • Develop product roadmaps aligned with business goals and regional market needs
  • Identify market gaps, customer pain points, and new product opportunities
  • Coordinate with R&D for new product development, reformulations, and trials
  • Manage product lifecycle including launch, growth, and phase-out
  1. Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct regular market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis
  • Track trends in admixtures, waterproofing, flooring, repair & rehabilitation products
  • Gather feedback from sales teams, applicators, contractors, and key customers
  1. Product Launch & Marketing Support
  • Plan and execute product launches, demo programs, and pilot projects
  • Develop product literature, technical datasheets, brochures, and presentations
  • Support branding initiatives, exhibitions, and technical seminars
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotional strategies
  1. Sales Enablement & Training
  • Train sales teams, distributors, and applicators on product features & applications
  • Provide technical and commercial support during key project discussions
  • Assist sales in product selection, pricing strategies, and tender support
  1. Performance Monitoring
  • Track product-wise sales, margins, and market penetration
  • Analyze product performance and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly product performance reports for management
  1. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Sales, R&D, QA/QC, SCM, and Manufacturing
  • Ensure product compliance with IS codes, ASTM standards, and customer specifications

  • Strong understanding of construction chemicals (Admixtures, Waterproofing, Flooring, Repair)
  • Market research & data analysis
  • Product positioning & pricing strategy
  • Technical knowledge with commercial acumen
  • Stakeholder management & communication
  • Presentation & training skills
  • Ability to travel within Gujarat and nearby regions

 Educational Qualifications

  • BE / BTech (Civil or Chemical Engineering) – Preferred
  • MBA (Marketing / Product Management) – Advantage

 Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in construction chemicals / building materials
  • Prior experience in product management, technical marketing, or sales support preferred
  • Experience in Gujarat market is an added advantage
