Brand Communication team

We’re a small but mighty team of writers/communication specialists with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. We share a common goal: empowering our clients with the foundational story and tools needed to amplify it across the content ecosystem—from brand voice, messaging systems, and AI enablement to copy for web, social and more.

As an Associate Director, Brand Communication / Writing, at Siegel+Gale, you will:

• Shape the foundation. Build brand narratives, messaging systems, and voice guidelines that turn strategy into language that drives distinction and business outcomes
• Lead and elevate the work. Own the quality and profitability of content deliverables across your projects.
• Connect teams and ideas. Collaborate with project teams as well as client stakeholders to keep moving the work forward.
• Show up with authority. Lead client conversations, present the work clearly and succinctly, defend decisions with thoughtful rationale
• Shape new business. Support proposals and pitches and look for opportunities to extend engagements. helping define approach and deliverables
• Bring your point of view. From smart takes on industry trends to learnings based on prior client experiences, we want to hear and learn.
• Be AI ready. You know how to use it responsibly and effectively as part of your craft, and you have an understanding/interest in how to apply it as a solution for maintaining brand integrity and governance.
• Develop talent and standards. Mentor junior team members to raise the level of thinking and craft.

You’re a great fit for this position if you have:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Compelling portfolio of relevant work across categories
• Exceptional all-around content strategy and writing / copywriting skills
• Working knowledge of most major branding topics (strategy, research, design, etc.)
