What will you work on?
 

The Associate Brand Manager, New Brand Innovation Group is responsible for product development and marketing. You will work cross-functionally with brand leads and Product Development, Design and Packaging to deliver best-in-class products. This is a contract position

We are the team that’s dreaming up what could become the next big toy franchise! This group is responsible for growing revenue through the creation of new Toy IP​. Leveraging our internal development expertise and extensive inventor relationships to create a pipeline of new and innovative opportunities that are incremental to our core businesses.

How will you create impact?

  • Oversee and manage internal systems to drive key brand operations including product set-up, financial/P&L set-up, wave management, and product number creation.
  • Support all marketing activities (partnering with US marketing) including (but not limited to) digital media, TV and video production, social media, eCommerce, packaging, branding, public relations, and trade shows
  • Present new brand and product lines, strategies, plans, and results to internal sales team and external partners
  • Oversee both industry and public facing trade shows from planning to execution
  • Manage licensor communications including gaining approvals on marketing assets

What are your skills and experience?

  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of PCs and software including: MS Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point

This posting is for an existing vacancy. This position requires an onsite presence four days per week.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $35 to $40 CAD per hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master ltd. is a multi-provincial employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other provinces.
