Job Overview:
This position will report directly to the brand president and will be a key driver to create, refine, and execute the brand marketing strategy for StretchLab Franchise owned studios. This role is a “hands on” marketing role where you will need to think and act from a strategic level while executing on a day-to-day level.
The VP will be a valuable member of the marketing team to help to guide, assist, and improve all StretchLab marketing campaigns. You will interact with other Xponential Fitness brand marketing leaders, marketing partners, and external agencies to build and cultivate a cohesive and streamlined brand identity and marketing machine. The VP will be responsible for working with other departments including sales and experience to ensure that all strategies, concepts, and initiatives are properly executed on local, regional and national levels.
This position will work closely with their marketing teammates to ensure excellence in ideation and execution across all lead generation, branding, and retention campaigns. Marketing platforms and channels will vary by campaign to include outdoors, print, radio, direct mail, online, email, mobile, social, events, community/grassroots and PR.
This position will be responsible for marketing initiatives that directly generate leads, sales and revenue generation through effective brand positioning, value proposition, product/offering differentiation, direct community engagement, and in-studio activations. You will also be responsible for weekly and monthly marketing KPIs and assessing that data to improve and inform future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay Range: $125,000-$185,000
