What you’ll do
Client partnership:
- Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust, transparency, and proactive communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, competitive landscapes, and strategic objectives to provide tailored brand solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand the scope of services.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, production) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Proactively manage risks and identify solutions to potential challenges.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Team administration:
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to agency initiatives.
- Manage and mentor junior team members (where applicable).
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Training and development:
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Actively participate in training programs and seek opportunities to expand skillset.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in account management within a brand consultancy or related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for branding and a deep understanding of brand strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience on FMCG and / or retail accounts desirable
