POSITION PURPOSE
The Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle from identifying sales and growth opportunities through design and delivery; ensuring competitive pricing, including promotional pricing and sales strategies. Works collaboratively across the organization to identify member behavior, technology, process, training, and experience that may impact the ability to achieve targets. Contributes to an environment that supports a diverse and engaged employee base.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of eight years progressive product experience in the banking or complimentary industry. Fluency with storytelling, reporting tools (including Microsoft Excel), and analytical tools.
Must be a team player with the ability to establish and maintain engaging working relationships with people of diverse backgrounds.
