Position Summary
The Brand Gaming team is in charge of attracting and acquiring potential gaming customers to the property. Their primary mission is to create interest in Solaire’s gaming experience, encourage visits to the property, and convert these prospects into members of the Solaire Rewards program. Once a customer enrolls in the program, the responsibility for managing the relationship and customer lifecycle is handed over to the Casino Marketing team.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Engagement
- Create
marketing strategies for mass, premium, and VIP gaming segments.
- Target
non-members to increase gaming floor visits.
- Develop
brand messaging, promotions, and experiences to encourage trial play.
- Collaborate
with events, digital media, and PR teams for visibility.
2. Solaire Rewards Conversion Focus
- Design
strategies and experiences to encourage sign-ups (e.g., welcome offers).
- Partner
with Casino Marketing for trial play activations.
- Monitor
and support each stage of the conversion funnel.
3. New Gaming Product Launches
- Lead
branding and marketing for new gaming products (slots, tables, ETGs,
themed zones).
- Ensure
launches have strong visuals, clear value propositions, and tactical
support.
- Work
with Gaming Operations to enhance customer-facing experiences.
4. Regional Marketing
- Develop
campaigns for high-potential regional markets (e.g., Korea, Taiwan,
Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam).
- Coordinate
with travel agencies and partners to build interest pre-arrival.
- Customize
messaging based on market-specific behaviors in collaboration with Casino
Marketing.
5. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate
with Digital, Marketing Services, PR, and Events teams.
- Aim to
maximize the impact of customer acquisition campaigns.
6. Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Use
data analytics to profile potential customers and identify
high-opportunity segments (e.g., lookalikes, propensity modeling).
- Track
campaign effectiveness via:
- Visitation
rates
- Sign-up
rates
- Cost-per-acquisition
- Continuously
optimize strategies based on performance and market feedback.
Requirements
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8
years of brand management experience, ideally in gaming/casino, integrated
resorts, or hospitality.
