POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager for Brand Gaming will be the strategic and account management lead of Marketing Services for Solaire Resort's Casino Marketing/Gaming team. The role is responsible for spearheading the development and execution of the brand strategy for the gaming segment of the integrated resort to drive revenue and increase footfall. The manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Gaming requirements with her team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in brand development, data-driven decision-making, events management, and cross-functional collaboration, with an exceptional sense of strategic and creative thinking and the ability to evaluate and implement marketing and creative ideas that align with the market and business objectives with the supervision of the Director for Marketing Services. Understanding the latest industry trends and best practices is crucial to this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall Job Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy Development:
• Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for the gaming segment.
• Define brand positioning and messaging to differentiate the resort’s gaming offerings.
• Supervise the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies.

2. Marketing Campaign Management:
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote gaming activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.

3. Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the gaming industry.
• Stay at the forefront of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in brand development, marketing, and customer acquisition, ensuring marketing efforts remain effective and aligned with consumer insights.
• Analyze data to inform branding decisions, marketing strategies, and recommendations for improvement.

4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies on branding and marketing initiatives.
• Communicate brand vision and strategies to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment and timely implementation.

5. Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor the Brand Gaming team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop a collaborative and innovative team environment within the Brand Marketing team, Gaming stakeholders, as well as the resort’s other business units.

• Must possess a keen eye for detail, with the ability to evaluate and implement creative ideas that align with Solaire’s brand identity and marketing and business objectives.
• Knowledge in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and acquisition marketing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in marketing platforms and other relevant tools and technologies.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand management, preferably in gaming/casino, integrated resorts, or hospitality industries.
