We are seeking a Personal Branding Assistant to work directly with the founder to capture ideas, convert them into compelling content, and build a strong online presence. From ghostwriting LinkedIn posts to repurposing videos, you will play a key role in amplifying the founder’s voice across platforms.
Convert founder’s voice notes, meetings, or calls into engaging:
LinkedIn posts/threads, Tweets
Short-form video scripts
Blog articles or Medium posts
Podcast summaries (optional)
Plan and manage the content calendar (what to post, when, and why).
Clip, edit, and caption videos for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube.
Repurpose content across multiple platforms for maximum reach.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Opus Clip, Descript, Canva, Typefully, etc.) to assist in repurposing, editing, and ideation.
Draft high-quality replies to comments on high-engagement posts.
Track content performance and optimize based on engagement insights.
1–4 years of experience in content writing, journalism, ghostwriting, or social media management.
Strong ability to write in a conversational, social-first tone (especially LinkedIn).
Storytelling skills – simplify complex tech/product topics into relatable content.
Proven ability to match the founder’s voice and maintain consistency.
Comfort with AI-based content creation tools.
Ability to deliver within 24–48 hours and adapt quickly to feedback.
Strong attention to detail in proofreading, formatting, and captioning.
Empathy for startup culture, founder challenges, and audience mindset.
Prior experience working with startup founders, creators, or B2B SaaS companies.
Hands-on experience in personal branding for executives or leaders.
Understanding of the Cybersecurity domain.
Strong portfolio of LinkedIn posts, blogs, or video scripts.
