JOB DESCRIPTION:   EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE AND BRAND INTERN

FLSA STAUS:                NON-EXEMPT

REPORTS TO:              VP, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

WORK STATUS:          Full Time Temorary

LOCATION:                   ADDISON, TX

 

This role may offer a hybrid work mode once initial training is complete and depends on active projects, with a core requirement of three days a week on-site in our Addison office and the flexibility to work remotely on the other two days, with the option to work in-person on an as-needed basis. 


Overview: We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern to join our team and support key initiatives focused on employee experience, internal brand engagement, and customer touchpoints. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about culture, communication, and the employee journey.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the planning, organization, and facilitation of ongoing employee experience workshops with key leaders across the business
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to help activate improvements along the employee journey, based on workshop outputs
  • Assist in the companywide rollout of brand and culture initiatives, including storytelling, signage, internal assets, and communication
  • Help coordinate customer experience touchpoints and administrative tasks, such as uniform rebranding, signage updates, and operational documentation
  • Maintain organized records of workshop outputs, decisions, and follow-ups
  • Contribute to culture-building projects that bring our values to life in everyday moments

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • A self-starter who is proactive, curious, and open to learning
  • Interest in employee experience, internal branding, or CX is a big plus
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, or visual tools (e.g. Canva, Miro) is a bonus

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office
  • Interest in employee experience, company culture, or brand development
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, Miro, Notion, Asana, or Slack
