Now we’re seeking a visionary Creative Brand Director to elevate our image and expand our luxury footprint in this fast growing medical aesthetic industry.
The Role
As Creative Brand Director, you will be the guardian and architect of the Nursie brand. You’ll shape our voice, visuals, and storytelling across every touchpoint from social media campaigns to in-clinic experiences—ensuring Nursie Cosmetics stands as the most coveted medspa in Las Vegas and beyond.
This is both a creative and strategic leadership role. You will oversee staff assist designers, photographers, and content creators while working directly with ownership to execute brand growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain a luxury-level brand identity consistent across all platforms (digital, print, in-spa setting).
- Lead creative direction for social media, video, campaigns, and events that target a high-end audience.
- Conceptualize and deliver brand campaigns for new services, launches, and VIP Client experiences.
- Direct visual content production: photo shoots, video storytelling, graphics, educational posts, and reels.
- Partner with marketing & sales teams to create strategic campaigns that convert while maintaining brand prestige.
- Guide and mentor creative staff/freelancers to ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor trends in aesthetics, fashion, wellness, and hospitality to keep Nursie ahead of the curve.
Who You Are
- A creative visionary with at least 5 years of brand/creative direction experience in luxury, beauty, wellness, or hospitality settings.
- Present a portfolio demonstrates high-end branding (luxury fashion, medspa, resort, beauty, or similar industries).
- Deep understanding of aesthetics marketing and aspirational storytelling for scaling businesses.
- Motivated, self-driven starter with a passion to positively impact the lives of others.
- Comfortable leading projects from concept to execution while collaborating with executives and creative teams.
- Obsessed with detail, elegance, and consistency, yet bold enough to set new trends with confidence.
- Strong digital fluency: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, and Linkedin branding in motion/video, email campaigns.
- A strategic thinker who sees the business behind the beauty and the reasoning to uphold luxury experiences.

Prequalifications
- Experience:
- At least 5+ years in brand direction, creative direction, or luxury marketing roles.
- Proven track record in industries like beauty, fashion, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates luxury aesthetics (sleek design, cohesive campaigns, aspirational storytelling).
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or similar.
- Master’s degree (MBA or MFA) is a plus, but not required if experience is exceptional.
- Technical Skillset:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
- Strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) as brand vehicles, not just posting tools.
- Understanding of luxury copywriting and campaign messaging (words + visuals must align).
- Strategic Edge:
- Experience leading teams or managing freelancers (photographers, videographers, designers).
- Knowledge of luxury consumer behavior—how to appeal to high-net-worth clients.
- Ability to blend creative storytelling with measurable business goals (campaign ROI, engagement, bookings).
Bonus Prequalifications (IDEAL & TOP SELECTED CANDIDATES WILL HOLD):
- Past experience branding a medspa, plastic surgery center, luxury clinic, or cosmetic line.
- PR/press experience someone who’s secured placements in magazines, influencer partnerships, or luxury media.
- Motion graphics or video storytelling expertise (since reels + TikToks = currency of luxury aesthetics marketing).
- Connections with luxury photographers, stylists, and content creators who can be pulled into your campaigns.
