Job Profile Summary

This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of CashPro strategies, initiatives, and commercialization programs in their area of responsibility. Key responsibilities include full ownership of a product or function, leveraging business knowledge and technical acumen to develop and manage their product throughout its lifecycle. Job expectations include owning development initiatives end-to-end, leveraging data analysis and client feedback to drive product strategies, and educating internal and external audiences on the product roadmap with clear calls to action.

The success of Bank of America and Global Payments Solutions (GPS) is dependent on continual enhancement and differentiation in the digital space. CashPro® is Bank of America’s flagship GPS platform for clients ranging from business banking to commercial and large corporates operating globally.

The CashPro Communications Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving CashPro adoption through strategic, data-informed communication initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing and executing end-to-end communication strategies that span internal and external audiences. This includes release readiness planning, educational initiatives, and adoption campaigns tailored to specific client segments. Leveraging data insights, this Product Manager will create customized materials—such as sales enablement tools, client education assets, videos, and executive messaging—that resonate with users and reflect their unique needs.

In collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and service teams, the Product Manager will ensure that communications reflect the latest product capabilities and release impacts. They will also lead efforts to evolve and enhance communication strategies, introducing new approaches to increase visibility and engagement with CashPro’s expanding suite of solutions.

As CashPro continues to grow, this role will be instrumental in positioning it as the premier platform for business clients—delivering not just functionality, but a personalized and strategic experience.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Owns CashPro communications development function for key CashPro products, inclusive of communications roadmap management, content creation, and education of internal/external stakeholders.                      

  • Creates curated content and messaging for presentation in internal and external forums to educate and commercialize key points

  • Identifies and raises risk findings to the business or a senior leader, and takes appropriate remediation actions as directed

  • Demonstrates a refined public speaking ability to educate and commercialize product features and strategy            

  • Identifies, responds to, and socializes trends in client and internal stakeholder feedback to contribute to business cases and client education

  • Gathers and analyzes data to track key performance indicators against adoption goals and leverages findings to supplement business cases for future enhancements

  • Partners with commercialization and team leads to develop communication strategies and messaging and execute on client and internal communications.

  • 3+ years product management or product marketing experience

  • Ability to interpret data to understand usage and behavior trends, and partner with product managers to develop targeted data-driven communication strategies

  • A blend of both business and technical acumen.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Treasury Management, payments, and digital channels solutions

  • Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools

  • Agile development methodology experience

Minimum Education Requirement:

Undergraduate degree: BS or BA degree -- OR -- Equivalent Experience

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$116,400.00 - $141,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
