Position Overview
The Brand Specialist plays a key role in shaping and communicating the brand’s identity across channels. This role supports brand-building initiatives through content creation, PR, storytelling, and go-to-market execution. The Brand Specialist ensures that all messaging and creative assets reflect a consistent brand voice and visual standard while working closely with cross-functional partners to bring brand projects to life.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Strategy
- Support the development and execution of brand initiatives, campaigns, and launches.
- Maintain and enforce brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, Product, and SEO, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across channels.
- Manage brand projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Content & Communications
- Manage the company blog, including content planning, writing, editing, and coordination with SEO team to ensure discoverability while maintaining brand voice.
- Write and edit engaging product copy for marketing materials, and e-commerce platform.
- Develop and refine website copy to ensure alignment with brand storytelling and user experience best practices.
- Support PR initiatives, including press releases and media relations, to build brand visibility and credibility.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, idea generation, asset organization, and campaign optimization, while maintaining human oversight and brand authenticity.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create GTM assets for new product launches and campaigns.
- Manage organization and distribution of brand assets to ensure cohesive and efficient launches.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign and content performance to support continuous brand improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, content, or communications.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative and SEO teams to optimize brand content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Understanding of branding principles and brand voice development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consumer products, home décor, or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Shopify).
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Understanding of PR strategy and experience managing brand launches.
