Position Overview

The Brand Specialist plays a key role in shaping and communicating the brand’s identity across channels. This role supports brand-building initiatives through content creation, PR, storytelling, and go-to-market execution. The Brand Specialist ensures that all messaging and creative assets reflect a consistent brand voice and visual standard while working closely with cross-functional partners to bring brand projects to life.

 

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Strategy

  • Support the development and execution of brand initiatives, campaigns, and launches.
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, Product, and SEO, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across channels.
  • Manage brand projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.

 

Content & Communications

  • Manage the company blog, including content planning, writing, editing, and coordination with SEO team to ensure discoverability while maintaining brand voice.
  • Write and edit engaging product copy for marketing materials, and e-commerce platform.
  • Develop and refine website copy to ensure alignment with brand storytelling and user experience best practices.
  • Support PR initiatives, including press releases and media relations, to build brand visibility and credibility.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, idea generation, asset organization, and campaign optimization, while maintaining human oversight and brand authenticity.

 

Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create GTM assets for new product launches and campaigns.
  • Manage organization and distribution of brand assets to ensure cohesive and efficient launches.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign and content performance to support continuous brand improvement.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, content, or communications.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative and SEO teams to optimize brand content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of branding principles and brand voice development.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in consumer products, home décor, or e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Shopify).
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Understanding of PR strategy and experience managing brand launches.
