The Brand Officer will support the brand team in executing marketing initiatives, maintaining brand consistency, and coordinating promotional activities. This role involves assisting in campaign planning, monitoring brand performance, and ensuring smooth execution of branding efforts across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials, in-store displays, and online platforms.
  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
  • Support in organizing events, activations, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Help manage social media content planning and community engagement.
  • Track marketing expenses and assist in budget management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to brand performance and campaign results.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the brand team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or retail-related roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
