Introduction

An Agritalent client, a multinational player in the agri-space, seeks a Brand and Marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • DIgital Marketing Campaigns Planning
  • Social Media campaigns, scheduling, monitoring and reporting - Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn
  • Printed Media & Advertising
  • Oversee internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency and relevance.
  • Marketing and Branding - Standardization and implementation of branding guidelines
  • Website maintenance & updates
  • Events, launches, field days etc.
  • Promotional items and signage
  • Branding & marketing reports
  • Monitoring Expenses vs Budget .
  • Develope and implemented strategic marketing and communication plans aligned to company goals.
  • Led brand-building initiatives, increasing visibility through innovative campaigns.
  • Managed the marketing budget, delivering cost saving.
  • Direct high-impact national events such as NAMPO Harvest Day.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and agronomy teams.
  • Handled crisis communication to uphold brand integrity.
  • Implement performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Standardised marketing processes and tools to improve efficiency.
  • Managed media relations, PR, digital content, adverts, and print media outputs

Desired Experience & Qualification

 

Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Media/Brand Marketing

Driver’s License and ability to travel for work as needed

Working knowledge of CANVA, Powerpoint & Microsoft Office and Excel.

Customer service orientated with high working standards
