About PaulsCorp

PaulsCorp is a privately held real estate investment, development, and management firm with a focus on building vibrant, lasting communities across the country. We believe in meaningful branding, authentic messaging, and strategic creativity. We are currently seeking a Brand & Marketing Coordinator to help execute and elevate our marketing efforts across both digital and print platforms.

Position Summary

The Brand & Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of company-wide marketing initiatives with a focus on social media management, online reputation strategy, brand-aligned graphic design, and collateral coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly creative marketer who enjoys wearing multiple hats and collaborating across teams. You’ll work closely with the marketing department, onsite property teams, and external partners to help drive visibility, engagement, and consistency across the PaulsCorp portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) to maintain content calendars and improve workflow.
  • Support and analyze paid social media campaigns, offering insight on performance metrics and optimization strategies.
  • Track trends and proactively implement fresh content ideas to keep our brand relevant and engaging.

2. Online Reputation Management

  • Monitor online reviews weekly across Google, Yelp, Apartments.com, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate with onsite teams to craft timely, thoughtful, and brand-appropriate responses to resident reviews.
  • Assist in developing strategies to encourage positive resident feedback and boost community ratings.
  • Create concise weekly reputation performance reports with actionable insights.

3. Graphic Design

  • Create compelling visual assets for social media, email marketing, print collateral, signage, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design work and ensure materials meet quality and formatting standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising creativity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required; working knowledge of Canva and video tools is a plus.

4. Collateral Management & Ordering

  • Oversee the creation and ordering of branded items such as business cards, uniforms, name tags, signage, and promotional products.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective production and delivery.
  • Track collateral inventory and maintain organizational systems for managing internal orders and distribution.
  • Ensure all items reflect the PaulsCorp brand and support team-wide and property-level marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within real estate, multifamily, or agency settings.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a robust portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
  • Hands-on experience with social media strategy, content scheduling platforms, and paid ad management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
