We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, drive consumer engagement, and maximize sales performance. This role requires a strong background in retail or distribution, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the brands presence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Collaborate with creative, sales, and digital teams to develop compelling content and advertising materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Product Management & Merchandising:

  • Work closely with suppliers and distributors to manage product assortments and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting to support sales objectives.

Sales & Channel Collaboration:

  • Partner with sales teams to ensure brand objectives are aligned with retail and distribution goals.
  • Develop in-store branding initiatives and trade marketing programs to support retail partners.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track key brand performance metrics, sales data, and market insights to measure success.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on brand performance, marketing ROI, and business impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Brand Manager in retail, FMCG, or distribution.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, product marketing, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
