Format and edit external documents using MDK brand templates
Solicit and collaborate with internal contributors to gather content
Propose content ideas for the blog and LinkedIn
Assist with image editing/resizing for print, web, and social platforms
Prepare branded presentation decks
Maintain and format the firmwide contact matrix
Social Media & Digital Engagement
Serve as photographer for internal meetings and events
Draft and publish social media captions based on provided talking points
Monitor social media engagement and compile reports on reach and performance
Manage and update libraries of approved hashtags, templates, and campaign assets
Engage on LinkedIn by responding to and leaving comments as needed
Brand Asset Management
Organize and maintain the digital asset library (logos, headshots, templates, etc.)
Perform audits on existing documents to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Update internal SharePoint/Teams channels with current brand files
Support the creation of branded materials (stationery, promotional items)
Project & Event Support
Track timelines for active projects and flag upcoming deadlines
Liaise with external vendors (e.g., printers, promotional product suppliers)
Gather and organize feedback on marketing materials and presentations
Support branded event materials, such as signage mockups and takeaways
Assist with administrative tasks like coordinating travel or managing receipts
News Break & Blog Support
Publish attorney bios and blog content
Track and report monthly metrics on blog engagement
Research & Insights
Research branding and social media trends within the legal and professional services industry
Compile competitor and peer examples for reference and inspiration
Identify areas for messaging and visual refresh across platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in Canva (experience with Canva for Campus is a plus)
High attention to detail in both design and copyediting
Strong creative instincts with a sophisticated design sensibility
Ability to work across teams and encourage cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with social media marketing, analytics, and trends
Understanding of brand standards and how to apply them consistently
Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred Educational Background
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in one of the following areas:
