🎯 About the Role

We are hiring a B2B Marketing Specialist to lead our academic engagement efforts and amplify iamneo’s brand presence in the education ecosystem. This role blends field marketing, partnerships, and brand storytelling — giving you the opportunity to own end-to-end marketing activities that directly shape our growth.

You’ll be the face of iamneo in academic circles, connecting with leaders, driving events, and building trust with institutions, while also supporting PR and branding initiatives to strengthen our visibility in the EdTech space.

🔑 What You’ll Do

  • Drive outreach across engineering colleges and universities to showcase iamneo’s solutions.
  • Build partnerships with TPOs, HoDs (CS/IT/AI/ML), and institutional leaders.
  • Plan and execute impactful academic events – seminars, bootcamps, hackathons, placement drives, etc.
  • Represent iamneo at summits, fests, and industry forums to maximize visibility.
  • Build networks with training institutes, EdTech partners, and faculty influencers.
  • Support branding and PR initiatives: media engagement, thought-leadership content, and storytelling campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and pipeline tracking.

💡 What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B field marketing or academic engagement (EdTech/SaaS preferred).
  • At least 1 year in branding, PR, or communications.
  • Strong event management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and public speaking ability.
  • Hands-on experience in PR, media, or brand communications is a plus.
  • Self-driven and comfortable with frequent travel to manage campaigns on-ground.
  • Fluent in English + at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada preferred).
  • Bonus: Active academic network or experience managing PR/branding agencies.
