Salary Range: $60 - 75k

 

Job Summary 

We’re seeking a highly creative and versatile Associate Brand Designer to join IONNA’s Brand team. As part of our brand as a service model, this role supports every function of the company, delivering high-quality design across digital, print, physical sites, and events. The Associate Brand Designer will be hands-on with one of the most unique brands in the EV charging space, producing work that ranges from vector graphics and UX design to environmental branding, motion content, and video editing. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces multiple skill sets, and is excited to help bring a bold, retro-modern brand to life at the forefront of our organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Brand & Marketing Collateral: Develop social media graphics, posters, presentations, internal communications, and print materials that embody IONNA’s brand identity. 
  

• Digital & UX Design: Create visuals for digital products, websites, email templates, and app experiences; support WordPress-based assets when needed. 
  

• Event & Environmental Design: Deliver signage, decals, booth graphics, swag, and physical branding for IONNA sites and events. 
  

• Video & Motion: Produce and edit short-form video, animation, and motion graphics for promotional and storytelling purposes. 
  

• Versioning & Adaptation: Adapt pre-approved designs into multiple formats and layouts across campaigns and channels. 
  

• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with teams across the company to meet design needs quickly and consistently, ensuring all materials align with brand standards. 
  

• Workflow & Collaboration: Use Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams to manage tasks, track progress, and communicate priorities effectively. 
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

• On-Time Delivery: % of creative requests delivered within agreed turnaround timelines. 
  

• Quality Compliance: % of design assets approved with minimal revisions, aligned to brand standards. 
  

• Cross-Functional Satisfaction: Stakeholder feedback ratings on responsiveness, creativity, and impact of delivered assets. 
  

• Brand Consistency: Degree of compliance with IONNA brand guidelines across all produced work. 
  

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
  

• A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering high-quality design across digital, print, and physical environments. 
  

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). 
  

• Strong understanding of brand systems and ability to apply them across channels. 
  

• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. 
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and constantly scaling environment. 
  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Familiarity with WordPress and UX/UI workflows. 
  

• Motion graphics experience (After Effects or equivalent). 
  

• Background supporting marketing campaigns or brand initiatives across multiple channels. 
  

• Experience contributing to both digital design and physical site/environmental branding.
