JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting into the Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, we are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to shape, execute and champion Seatrium’s global brand and digital engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute corporate branding programme, including championing and upholding brand identity, positioning and voice across all touchpoints and platforms across the Group
- Work with team on the development and execution of integrated communications strategies to enhance brand positioning, visibility and reputation
- Champion brand custodianship by sharing best practices in brand governance and application, including enhancing and creating new brand templates, and streamlining brand compliance SOPs
- Provide strategic counsel and guidance on internal communications and initiatives to ensure brand consistency and advocacy, including tone of voice and message alignment
- Review and develop corporate and marketing collaterals and materials for internal and external audiences, including digital content and/or multimedia assets
- Own and implement content and digital marketing strategies to produce high-quality, appropriately creative, and engaging content Seatrium’s corporate social media channels
- Plan, manage and execute corporate events and projects including corporate functions, vessel delivery/ sailaway events, community events, press conferences, roadshows, international exhibitions, launch events, AGMs and other corporate activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Minimally 8-10 years of related experience in public listed company
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English, with proficiency in another language considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in planning and executing content with a digital-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and also be a team player with strong interpersonal skills in managing different stakeholders with diverse opinions and backgrounds.
- Experience in graphic design, videography, or video editing is a plus
- Proven ability to manage cross-function communications and projects
- Highly organised, self motivated, creative, resourceful and outcome-oriented
