We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Brand Manager to support the Brand Team in the execution of brand strategies and day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will assist on executing brand campaigns, managing brand projects & timelines, and providing analytical support to ensure successful brand performance in alignment with brand and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analysing consumer insights and market trends to support brand strategy development.
- Contribute to the development of strategic 3-year brand plans that build equity and unlock long-term category and business growth.
- Assist in the execution of brand plans, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Provide support managing and executing the innovation pipeline, including tracking profress & timelines and working collaboratively cross-functionally to executive with excellence.
- Assist in the execution of communication strategies and rolling 12 – 18 month media plans, ensuring brand consistency.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns monitoring and optimising campaign performance for maximum ROI.
- Support the team in the management of brand budgets effectively, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to peer growth and development by sharing knowledge and insights, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on brand activities.
