Join us as a Working Student — Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
Bring our employer brand to life through content that captures hearts and careers.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Working Student in Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding who’s ready to elevate our digital presence and help shape our internal culture. If you're excited by short-form video, social media trends, and storytelling — and also enjoy building career pages and crafting meaningful employee experiences — read on.

At the core of this role is social media content creation. Your reels, posts, and stories will spotlight life at zooplus across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll also contribute to impactful employer branding projects — from launching our new career website to supporting internal culture initiatives.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Social Media, Content & Storytelling

  • Create engaging content: Develop concepts, film, and edit videos that stand out.
  • Manage our employer channels: Support LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from idea to post.
  • Showcase life at zooplus: Capture the real vibe of working here, especially at our Munich HQ.

Employer Branding Projects

  • Support the launch of our new career website and help shape how we tell our story (especially through our blog)
  • Promote Diversity & Inclusion internally through culture campaigns.
  • Help bring internal employer branding events to life — from concept to communication.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Write sharp, on-brand copy and create simple, eye-catching visuals using tools like Canva or CapCut.
  • Analyse content performance and help guide future strategy.
  • Interview colleagues and capture authentic employee voices across Europe.
  • Encourage internal advocacy by activating our team to engage with content.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Media, Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field.
  • Fluent in German and English (C1+ in both).
  • Prior experience in social content creation, especially video.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
  • Availability for 20 hours per week for at least 6 months.
  • A genuine love for animals.
