Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategies and brand communication plans
  
• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, newsletters, and thought leadership articles
  
• Manage media relations and coordinate with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
  
• Plan and execute brand-building campaigns, product launches, and corporate events
  
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints – print, digital, and social media
  
• Monitor media coverage and create PR reports and analytics
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, digital, HR) to ensure brand alignment
  
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across departments
  
• Work with design and content teams for high-impact brand collateral
  
• Crisis communication planning and reputation management
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Marketing, PR, Mass Communication, or a related field
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong network of media contacts (print, digital, broadcast) is a plus
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  
• Knowledge of branding principles, storytelling, and audience targeting
