Job Summary
The Vice President Brand is responsible for leading the strategic development, execution, and evolution of the organization’s brand identity and voice. This role oversees creative, communication, and content teams, ensuring alignment across all internal and external communications. This role is critical in shaping member perception, driving brand equity, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives through compelling storytelling and consistent brand experiences.

- Leads the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with organizational goals and member needs.
- Defines and maintains the brand’s visual identity, voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and platforms.
- Partners with the CMO and senior leadership to integrate brand strategy into enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Directs high-impact campaigns and initiatives that elevate brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Ensures brand consistency across member touchpoints, including digital, print, video, media, and in-person experiences.
- Guides the development of creative assets, video content, and messaging frameworks that support marketing and communications goals.
- Leads cross-functional collaboration with product and lending teams, Member Services, HR, and other departments to ensure brand alignment.
- Oversees the creation of internal brand education programs to empower employees as brand ambassadors.
- Monitors brand performance metrics and member sentiment to inform strategic decisions.
- Identifies and executes brand partnership opportunities that expand reach and reinforce brand values.
- Manages vendor relationships related to creative services, video production, and brand licensing.
- Ensures compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Develops and manages departmental budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts.
- Coaches and develops multifunctional leadership across the brand organization.
- Represents the brand in executive forums, public speaking engagements, and strategic planning sessions.
- Drives innovation in brand storytelling, content strategy, and creative execution.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Education and Experience
- 7 years of marketing leadership experience
- 10 years of marketing, communication, brand, creative or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
