Responsibilities

  • Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess applicant qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain and update the internal recruitment database.
  • Assist the People team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Initiate and execute innovative employer branding activities to enhance the organization's image as an employer of choice.
  • Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
  • Handle company employee social media (Instagram/ LinkedIn/etc).

Requirements

  • Final year student or recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment & employer branding is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Experienced in developing content/JobAds for company social media.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Passion for people, culture, and development.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid setting.
