Responsibilities
Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media platforms.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess applicant qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Maintain and update the internal recruitment database.
Assist the People team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Stay updated with industry trends to identify best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
Initiate and execute innovative employer branding activities to enhance the organization's image as an employer of choice.
Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
Handle company employee social media (Instagram/ LinkedIn/etc).
Requirements
Final year student or recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment & employer branding is preferred.
Strong understanding of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
Experienced in developing content/JobAds for company social media.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
Passion for people, culture, and development.
Availability to work in a hybrid setting.
