Marketing & Content Executive
Location: Bandra, Mumbai (in person, Monday-Saturday)

About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of brand storytelling, and can seamlessly bridge creative strategy with on-ground execution. You’ll play a key role in building brand visibility, elevating guest experiences, and ensuring a consistent digital presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & Content Management
Coordinate website content updates and ensure alignment with the brand’s tone and aesthetic.
Create and edit SEO-driven content for web pages, blogs, and landing pages.
Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain visual consistency and optimize user experience.
2. Google My Business (GMB) Management
Manage and optimize GMB listings for all existing restaurant locations.
Create new profiles for upcoming venues, ensuring accurate and engaging brand representation.
3. Shoot Conceptualization & Execution
Conceptualize creative campaigns and shoot ideas in alignment with brand goals.
Coordinate pre-shoot planning, on-ground execution with restaurant teams, and post-shoot feedback.
Review and provide inputs on final video and photo edits to ensure brand consistency and quality.
4. Public Relations Coordination
Liaise with the PR agency to streamline communication, approvals, and media opportunities.
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets and support media collaborations.
5. Social Media Community Management
Handle direct messages and comments on social media.
6. Reservations & Guest Coordination
Work closely with the reservations team to align marketing promotions with guest communication.
7. On-Ground Marketing Activations
Plan and execute brand activations, collaborations, and experiential marketing events.
Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
8. Guest Experience Enhancement
Conceptualize and implement initiatives that elevate the overall guest experience.
9. New Menu & Brand Collateral Coordination
Support in launches of new menus, coasters, packaging, and other branding materials.
Ensure all collaterals reflect the updated brand language and campaign messaging.
10. Platform Coordination (Zomato & Swiggy)
Liaise with platform representatives to update menus, imagery, and offers.
Ensure all listings are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with ongoing campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eye for aesthetics, design sensibility, and brand storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Comfort with on-ground coordination and execution.
