Social Media Manager - Founder Branding

We’re hiring an SMM for the Founder Branding Department at Hype

Not your average SMM role. This is crypto founder socials. It’s personal, in-depth, narrative-driven.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Lives on CT and loves it. 
• Knows how to write like a person, not like a brand. Solid shitposting skills are a must.
• Organized. Can juggle multiple accounts, calendars, and narratives.
• Good at producing a high volume of content. Knows how to use AI to amplify output.
• Passionate about crypto. You will have to learn a lot and all the time.
• Discreet and ethical. You will be signing an NDA.

Who we’ve worked with:

Responsibilities 

• Manage daily posting + engagement for multiple founder accounts
• Coordinate with other teams (PR, SMM, community) to keep the founder content in sync with the rest of the campaign.
• Generate content from a variety of source materials - project docs, podcast interviews, weekly transcripts. Depending on the strategy and personality, you will create content in diverse formats and styles - from long-form educational articles to hot takes and memes.
• Work with analytics. Iterate.
  

• Strong writing chops. Impeccable English.
• Have a solid understanding of crypto - infra, DeFi, NFTs, memecoins, as well as the history of the space and current metas. It’s important to understand context.
• Real CT literacy. Memes, KOLs, metas.
• Solid social media experience - doesn’t matter how long you’ve been around, what matters is if you have taste and can get engagement.

Nice to Have:

• Ability to edit video and create graphics.
• Knowledge or experience in TradFi.
• Technical knowledge or experience.
